Hair Extensions Terms & Conditions
You should read this document carefully, anything you don't understand please ask for clarification. You should ensure it contains everything you want and nothing you are not prepared to agree to.
These Terms & Conditions and the Consent Form, form an agreement between Beau Visage and yourself. By signing you agree to follow the after treatment guidelines. Beau Visage will herein after be referred to as "we".
- We will provide a FREE consultation to discuss your requirements.
- We will attach one or two extensions free of charge as a tensile and patch test to check for suitability and allergic reactions. These may be left in for one to six weeks.
- If on the consultation we apply a patch test, you decide for whatever reason you do not wish to go ahead, we will remove them FREE of charge within one week of installation.
- A deposit is required of half the full cost, this is because the hair is colour match and purchased specially for you.
- You may cancel the appointment and collect the hair so long as at least 72hrs notice is given, and the full cost of the hair has been met.
- Cancellations made after 72hrs will result in a late cancellation fee, the up to a maximum of £50.
- You must follow the aftercare guidelines.
- It is essential you inform us of any medical allergies of which you are aware of, even if they are not listed in our contra-indications.
- Any reactions should be brought to our attention immediately.
- You must not allow anybody other than ourselves to remove or otherwise interfere with your extensions without our written consent.
- You should keep us informed of any of your details which change whilst you are wearing our extensions.
- We will guarantee the extensions for 4 weeks after installation.
- Not liking the extensions once applied is not a reason for non payment.
- You are agreeing to the colours matched at your consultation.
- We are not responsible for the colours not matching should you have your own hair colour treated between the consultation and installation appointment. A fee may be levied if new hair has to be ordered and the appointment re-arranged. As the hair is ordered specially, if we have already obtained the hair for you, the hair will have to be paid for in full.
- You will be required to make payment in full for the extensions on installation by either a valid debit/credit card or cash, cheques will only be accepted with a valid bankers card.
- We do not guarantee any hair supplied by yourself in any way whatsoever.
- We shall not be responsible in any way for and direct loss, howsoever caused (including negligence) including but not limited to: any loss of profits: or loss of salary or earnings as a result of hair loss or which results either directly or indirectly from the treatment.
- Nothing in these Terms & Conditions effects your statutory rights. For further information regarding your statutory rights you should contact your local authority Trading Standards Department or Citizens Advice Bureau.
